Chinese Cabbage Michihli
Tender, crisp and sweet, with a pleasant spicy flavor. Used like lettuce in salads, cooked like spinach, shredded for slaw, steamed or stir fried. Plants are 16 to 20 inches tall. Heads about 4 inches across at base. Thick green leaves blanch creamy white inside. Sure header, keeps well.
For continuous supply, plant every 2 to 3 weeks until weather gets hot, then again in late summer for fall crop.
