Gypsophila - Covent Garden, Gypsophilia elegans.
These airy plants are almost devoid of foliage, but their extremely delicate well branched stalks produce a charming misty effect in the garden. They bear numerous tiny white blossoms which are in great demand for cutting and combining with other flowers.
When once established it should not be disturbed on account of its long tap root.
