Mesclun - A Mix of Salad Greens
Mesclun is a mixture of greens that are harvested young and mixed for salads. They can be used alone or added to a lettuce salad. This spicy mixture contains Arugula, Cicoria, Endive as well as Green and Red Lettuce.
Plant enough each planting to last about a week at harvest time. If you like salad and will be mixing with lettuce, start with about 5 feet of row per week and adjust as needed. This spicy mix contains 25% Black Seeded Simpson, 17% Green Salad Bowl, 16% Bibb Lettuce, 16% Red Salad Bowl, 10% Arugula, 10% Endive Green Curled, 6% Cicoria Catalogna.

Matures in - Can be picked when young, about 3-4 weeks
